8. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for cooperating with the courier to receive confirmed orders.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, repeated failure to respond, or refusal to accept a valid confirmed order, Ki Kinben BD may restrict future Cash on Delivery orders or require advance payment for future purchases.

  • পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মধ্যে Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, কার্ড পেমেন্ট এবং Checkout-এ প্রদর্শিত অন্যান্য পদ্ধতি থাকতে পারে।
  • পণ্য, অর্ডারের মূল্য, ডেলিভারি লোকেশন অথবা নির্বাচিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির উপর ভিত্তি করে কিছু অর্ডারের জন্য অগ্রিম বা আংশিক পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
  • পেমেন্ট তৃতীয় পক্ষের payment gateway বা financial service provider-এর মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হতে পারে।

আমরা সম্ভাব্য সময়ের মধ্যে অর্ডার ডেলিভারি করার যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করব, তবে নির্দিষ্ট ডেলিভারি তারিখ নিশ্চিত করা হয় না।

  • পণ্য ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, পরিবর্তন বা অপব্যবহার করবেন না

সাধারণত নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্রহণ করা হয় না:

এই নীতির কোনো অংশ বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী গ্রাহকের এমন কোনো অধিকার বা প্রতিকার বাতিল করার উদ্দেশ্যে নয়, যা আইনগতভাবে বাতিল করা যায় না।

৮. ব্যর্থ ডেলিভারি ও অর্ডার গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতি

সঠিক যোগাযোগ ও ডেলিভারি তথ্য প্রদান এবং নিশ্চিত করা অর্ডার গ্রহণের জন্য কুরিয়ারের সাথে সহযোগিতা করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

ভুল তথ্য, বারবার যোগাযোগে সাড়া না দেওয়া অথবা বৈধ নিশ্চিত অর্ডার গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতির কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে Ki Kinben BD ভবিষ্যতে Cash on Delivery সুবিধা সীমিত করতে অথবা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট চাইতে পারে।
